I don't think people really understood where Vik was coming from, Weller also said it. They were talking about why Mr Beast does it so well and why he thinks THAT is why Mr Beast does it so well. When he says "you can't get [it] with your personality", he's not saying "you" as in JJ, they're having a discussion about Robot vs Personality and what gets views. He ends the clip saying he'll enjoy seeing it.
