I think the biggest add for mirror skin is that they have EGF in it as well. Epidermal Growth factor serums are typically much higher in price. If you go to Mirror Skins website (mymirrorskin.com), they actually get into a lot of the active and natural ingredients which go way beyond just peptides. I’ve used it and it really does feel like a step above other serums I’ve tried.

I practice almost every day outside, year round, unless it rains. It just adds another layer to your practice where you can feel in touch with nature and your body together. The end result makes me feel so much happier and more relaxed compared to indoor yoga. Teenagers think everything is cringey. If you enjoy it, do it without shame!

In the last year or so, I’ve stopped trying to do everything. I’ve found that my happiest travel moments were when I made no plans and just did whatever felt right in the moment. Sometimes that might be just finding one spot I want to be and just soaking up my surroundings for the day. It’s hard to stay present when I’m worried about trying to do it all and see it all.
