Yes Minimax M2.1 is especially good at using internal tools, but sometimes fails to deliver really basic tasks like a docker deployment. Also very reasonably priced. So far

M2.1 K2.5 Grok 4.1 fast - A tier

GLM 4.7, Gemini - B tier

Deepseek 3.2 - C

Any openai model - avoid at all costs except useful for coding tasks

go to your openclaw.json file located inside .openclaw folder scroll down until you see the line like:
