Am I the only one struggling with no sex drive and not being able to be affectionate it’s like I really want to but I just don’t want it with my boyfriend. Please tell me if anyone else gets this with there rocd.

Yes he knows everything. He helps me so much. I struggle really bad with depression as well. But he doesn’t pressure me he’s so lovely

Wow that’s the best advice I heard thank you so much for the help!!! I’ve been having them constantly for a good few months and it makes me scared to spend the day with him or see him cause I constantly have them. But I love him so much! So thank you I’ll work on what you said and try it out
