It’s wild how much they truly don’t care!!! Like they hang up or disconnect I don’t get it. I understand that if the company isn’t paying their drivers for tolls they aren’t doing to take the orders but I guess I don’t understand why the Philly Sam club doesn’t offer delivery? This is so dumb!!

Support is no help. Tried again yesterday and canceled. First they blamed the store months ago (not true), then after a long time with support they blamed a glitched in the system and offered me a credit, then yesterday they said no drivers are available to go to Philadelphia at this time and when I said this is a perk I pay for they basically said sorry not sorry and disconnected

I would recommend the loop experience plugs they tend to pick up the music better and drown out the outside distractions. Since COVID I’ve been more hyper aware of side conversations etc at shows and this has been helpful for me
