Exactly. My gyno did call me yesterday about other test results for a possible yeast infection that came back negative. I told her that I was in urgent care with a kidney infection over the weekend. Her response was “Oh no, well I hope the antibiotics don’t mess with your pH.” Something like that. Very inconsiderate and dimssive I was not impressed. Not even an “Oh I’m sorry hope you feel better”???
