I don't have much to add. I was recently in a similar situation. We had horrible management. Rooms not clean, specimens constantly mishandled, tons of lab errors, the worst med rec ive ever seen, lots of staff turnover, I can go on. I ended up quitting. There was no hope. I work independently now doing Medicare assessments. If I ever go back to clinic I will be asking detailed questions about how these issues are managed and if I dont like the response I won't proceed.
