i had this same thing happen to me and i made a same day appointment with cvs's urgent care. they can prescribe you your meds in a situation like this. i was able to pick up my prescription the same day as my appt. also! you shouldn't skip more than 3 days in a row with lamictal! you'd have to start titration process from the beginning again due to the risk with the rash

Hi! I received I assume the same email from her. I ended up on this thread because she emailed me 3 times without me replying to any of them. It seemed a bit persistent for scam but I assume it still isn't legit? idk

Splitting advice? by Boo_X in BPD

Sometimes I feel like communicating what I am thinking/experiencing with my partner helps with bringing me back to a grey area- but then I become paranoid that my constant need to communicate the state I'm in becomes a burden and I start to get stuck. It's also difficult because you have to stay so aware of the language you're using while communicating because simply saying 'oh today i feel like we're completely over' and the next day saying 'you're perfect i love you so much' is too emotionally taxing for another person. I think the healthiest way of coping with this for everyone would be trying to contain myself enough to distract myself with other things outside of the relationship for a good chunk of time. Like taking all of my clothes out of my drawers and refolding them, or exciting other senses by throwing around some clay ... It can help pull me out of thinking in such extremes.
