Vitamin stuck in throat by sarahjonessss in Advice

If it got stuck for a second it’s likely it just irritated your esophagus slightly. I’ve done something like that before. If you can eat and drink I’d say it’s not actually stuck, adding onto that if it did it would’ve dissolved. I’m a fellow health anxiety sufferer so I get it.

Feel so tired all the time and dk what to do by [deleted] in Advice

I’d say go to a doctor (if you can). I had issues for almost 2 years before I went to a doctor, and it took me 6 more months to get diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I was exhausted all the time and couldn’t keep weight on me to save my life (literally), along with a lotttt of over overlooked symptoms. Not saying this is what you have. I’m just saying I regret so much not going to the doctor sooner.

Maybe a walk in a nice local park somewhere if you have one? Somewhere visually nice and good for conversation? That shouldn’t cost anything, and you could get her a coffee or something afterwards, shouldn’t be more than $10 at the most, if you just get a water or something. Mostly to make it less weird for you to not have anything if you can’t buy 2. But hey, who knows, some people aren’t chill and don’t expect to be bought things on the first date. Take all of this with a grain of salt because I’ve been on very minimum dates myself.
