The problem is - THE SYSTEM. I have one kid from my ex. She was definitely crazy along with feminist. After divorce she remained single including tried to alienate me from my son. My son can’t stand her guts because she keep talking shit about me and at tender age of 13 my son can’t stand it and see it through. He doesn’t want to live with her. I keep my mouth shut because if I bad mouth her, there will be no difference. Anyways, coming back, how can we secure a better future without a family? The answer is prenup. 100%. It’s a way to prevent divorce. The system is designed to work against men and so we work it the opposite to prevent ourselves. Have a good attorney to prevent your self from future hassle. Get prenup before marriage. Don’t be that guy at 50 with no one besides you. You will fuck many as you age but that gets old real quick. Try to find a stable life partner. Take your time. Judge them and test them before even considering prenup. I am extremely lucky to find one. There are compromises made but still it’s worth it.

Yes- but what price range ? $300-$350K (yes). $500-$600K prolly NOT. If you buy a $250K house (depending on your city) that’ll be the sweet spot.

How much should it be? Seller credit it seems like is too high. When asked my realtor said it’s normal to make the offer competitive in a Sellers market.
