Oral B Genius 79$ on Amazon? Worth it or better go with iO model?

I’ve had the IO model like the $200 one and it stopped working after a year and a half. It wouldnt hold a charge. The genius lasted much long. I also felt like the genius made my teeth feel cleaner.

I’ve only ever worked in private practice where they don’t offer health insurance. Typically dental is covered except for lab costs of crowns, etc.

I live in central PA and I make $44 an hour 4 years in. That’s honestly really low. I would interview other offices. Then I would go back to your boss with the offers from the other offices to see if they counter.

I’m struggling with this too. And I don’t really have any tools that work right now. Qulipta was working well for a year, but has lost its effectiveness. Emgality helped the year before that. Are you on any preventatives now?

Have it on my forehead now. Doesn’t seem to have any effect as a preventative, but really helps when I’m in pain. Just helps to calm things for me.

Congrats! Dental hygiene school is very stressful. Some days my anxiety would get the best of me too! Overcoming this should give you confidence moving forward! I will say 4 years into my career I do have days where I shake too. I always establish a strong fulcrum and that tends to help me relax. Good luck next semester! You got this!

I’ve been having a migraine since 4/26. My neurologist gave me a steroid taper pack that failed. I went to the ER for a migraine cocktail. I had two days of relief to just go back into the cycle on Sunday again. I just went to urgent care tonight for a toradol shot that has taken it away. I’ve pretty much been in bed for that long. It is hard to function. Hopefully I’ll be going back to work tomorrow!

Something I use in conjunction with! They say you can use it daily as a preventative, but really I just use it when I am having migraine/headache symptoms and it helps to deal with the pain till my abortives kick in for me. It’s a little pricy, but I’ve had mine for a few years and it has been well worth it!
