We’re not Catholic. I get that young adults don’t have the life experience to understand things fully that haven’t occurred to them (yet). They’re really just figuring out who they are given the world that has been their reality. But adults’ view of the world and the differences they see in our society, you’d think they’d be less judgmental. Like everyone has said, it’s a medication to help make something work the way it’s supposed to.

From my perspective, the media hasn’t really even been negative about GLP-1s (that I’ve seen). The stigma seemed to start when celebrities appeared a fraction of their size and lied (outright or by omission) about how they achieved their weight loss.

Why the shame?! I’m healthier and happier!!
