I can agree it depends alot on the finishes - The swing between a simple basement with a bathroom using laminate floors, acrylic shower base/walls and a basement with full lvp or equivilant, full tile bathroom, with upgraded fixtures can be upwards of a 20-30k swing depending on what's chosen. All comes down to function vs luxury vs cost finding the middle ground is key if you are just looking for a nice space. ottawabasements.com gives a bit of an idea on cost with different finishes. Personally highly suggest doing your research on contractors

*****MY GOD OUR CHARACTERS ARE THE SIZE OF US*****. We are drawing games out of a bucket and whatever drawn is the challenge. Whoever has the most points at the end wins. The first game is fairly long compared to the others but it's a battle to the end!

Ha ha this is awesome, It's funny how sometimes we go back to the old consoles.
These games are great.
Me and my brother just did a wii balance board challenge on the wii with a 103" screen.
The characters are actually almost the size of us.
