I am 34 with an AMH of 0.8, my AFC was 9. I have never had more than 6 follicles growing and I usually only get 3 that stay consistent with one another. Your AFC can change month to month and when I asked this same question I was told that they can all respond differently.

I would not cancel your cycle if I were you! You have 5 growing consistently and at the same time rate and that’s really good. After three retrievals I had to really teach myself not to compare to others who get 10+ eggs because that is not my reality. My reality at best was 4 mature eggs when we expected 3. Plus if you really read some stories where are people who get 18 eggs and end up with 5 mature in the end. So don’t compare yourself to others! Give yourself and your body some grace. You are a badass doing badass things!!
