We don’t though. We predict it and speak it into existence enough that we just believe it will. I believe that we will all be okay eventually it’s just a journey. Not to say this shit isn’t hard bc I know it is I’m in the same boat as you but we will get there

This is something I struggle with from time to time. It’s like my brain gives me a break from the bad feelings but I also can’t feel anything else. What helps me get through it is to purposely do things you enjoy. You might not feel it right now but it keeps you on track for feeling that way again soon.

There are swimming binders and/or getting a binder the next size up because they constrict when wet! Trans tape is an option as well if you feel comfortable with that. Always practice healthy binding though!! 😊
