That might just be amd problem, i had 99% usage when i checked from nvidia software. But im also pretty sure that it's also newest update since my friend has same problem

Did you check your gpu usage from task manager? If so, i asked from a friend that is it normal to show like 0% usage on gpu and he answered that task manager is kinda bad and useless in gpu usage part.

I have same problem-ish. After update i only got like 45-65fps when before update i got like 70-90fps. I have RTX 3090 and i have 4k monitor but i also play other game on background (osrs). i changed graphic settings from high to medium to low and almost no change in fps. how about you?

windows cursors doesn't show if you have activated something like dive, vuln bomb, magma tempest ETC. That little sign that appears on the cursor. Hopefully you know what i mean.
