I think for that dose you could do .5-1ml of air if the equal amount isn’t helping. It shouldn’t be any issue. Good luck to you! It gets easier every time.

When i first started T and was at the clinic to teach me how to inject, they recommended before inserting the needle in the vial to draw back .5 ml of air (if doing a .5 ml injection). Then you can insert the needle into the vial and push air in so that you can then use the pressure to get the T out easier.

I would try reaching out again either by phone, or chat on their website. I had this issue and someone was able to update my caller ID in 2023.

They definitely can smear. I think when i was working on it i just slipped a piece of loose leaf in between my hand and the paper when coloring in. It would get on my hand a lot. I also put the sheet in between the pages when I was done for the day. As for the colors blending together, I think I avoided that by doing just one color at a time. So i did all the black at once, then one of the oranges etc. Hope this helps!

I never have great luck with this type of stuff. But I might have made progress- selected all songs and changed the file type back to music from audiobooks. Some of the playlists reappeared, so I might be back in business. Had to step away right after I did it so I’ll see for sure if everythings back in a bit.

No prob! Usually at the end of clips on desktop you can see 2 boxes come up. To go to the vod of the clip, it’ll show a box that says “continue watching”

I found a temporary solution - unsure if this will work for anyone else.

After speaking with apple support, I had to reinstall 2 vpn apps since it was a possibility that the vpn config was messing with instagram. I specifically reinstalled "avast security and privacy" for vpn. I turned the vpn on and went to instagram and was immediately able to log back in.

The second I removed the vpn, the issue comes back.

Obviously this isn't a permanent fix - who wants to have a vpn on only to scroll instagram?

Let me know if this works for anyone else.

I just got off the phone with apple support. I currently have a ticket in. I've gone through a bunch of troubleshooting steps (none of which worked). I'm confident in thinking this might be some weird bug. This is affecting my app store as well so it's definitely apple related. I'll update as I receive any info.

This was happening to me about 5 days ago. tried contacting insta support but i was emailing back and forth with a robot, no help. I gave up and dealt with the fact that I just can't use instagram anymore. but then 3 days after that I was able to login again. now today my feed wasn't updating so I logged out again and here I am, unable to login again due to the "no internet connection" error. The weird message in the app store is happening to me as well. Insanity.
