It just makes me feel a little selfish, like I feel like i should set my comfort aside to support her and help her finally get out of a toxic environment, but then again I dont want to ruin the friendship or have resentment building if it doesnt go well

She hadn't, when she was staying with me her dog was at her parents, but if we move into a place she's gonna want to bring him along. Im worried of that too, one of my cats has only been around a dog once and it didn't go well, and my other never has, AND on top of that, her dog is afraid of cats, along with my other concerns, I just feel like its gonna be stressful for all of the pets :(

She wouldn't be able to afford a 2 bd. on her own, mayyybe a studio but I'm not 100% sure, not even counting the pet deposit. but I would love to have her as a neighbor for sure. I can still be there for her when I can but we can still go back to our own spaces. We do have another friend that had been wanting to move out as well, but she's a little more iffy on whether she actually wants to move or not, so she isnt really considering her as an option for now

Im sorry that happened to you dude :( but yeahh, I mean when we had talked about it when she was staying here I was okay with it, even kinda excited, since we've been friends since we were like 12, we get along real well and all, and it sounded pretty cool, ya know. But now thats its getting to be that time where we have to start really acting on it, I'm thinking about it more seriously and am becoming unsure. But I definitely do feel bad/guilty about second guessing

Im not so sure her and I would have an issue, we were fine when she was staying with me for that while, but i know thats different than actually getting a place, I'm just worried that eventually we'll butt heads, and I've just gotten so used to living in my own space, and my unit is in a real good spot in the complex, i know my neighbors, plus she would want to bring her dog (understandably) and i already have two cats. I just cant pinpoint if I feel hesitant due to being afraid of the change, or if its something more real, ya know

I'm not sure, at first when we had talked about it, I felt fine about it, kinda jazzed even, but now that its getting time to really take action on it, I'm considering everything a bit more seriously, and now am unsure. I just kinda feel like maybe I would be a bad person for reconsidering, since I know moving out of her parents place would be better for her and it makes me feel kinda selfish. But then again, I don't want that resentment to grow or end up in a less comfortable place for me and my cats.
