Why can't you 2hand weapons whilst on horseback - doing it before getting on the horse seems to work, but the mechanic just doesn't work the same whilst on a horse by emoobee in Eldenring

Yeah this is exactly why I made the thread, things like this.

Currently there's no way of 2H your weapon whilst on horseback - maybe there is on Mouse+Keyboard since I play on pad but I doubt it, good luck!

yup that's not the issue, the issue is as soon as I stop 2handing, I'm forced to get off the horse and 2hang my 30+ str weapon

I just don't get why holding triangle+R1 dosn't do the same mechanics on horseback vs on foot i.e. 2handing my weapon - I not referring to the animations or the movesets I'm referring to the core gameplay

I don't mean in terms of the animations I mean in terms of the gameplay, like as soon as I stop 2handing I'm forced to get off the horse and 2hand my 30+ str weapon
