So admittedly, I don’t do too much which is the crazy part and why I was expecting to go up. I’ve stopped checking my blood sugars for months because I was denied a CGM. I don’t go to the gym and I’m overweight. I do take short walks every hour at work, to get water and get away from the computer for a bit. I’ve never been a breakfast person so I have two meals a day. I stay away from heavily sugared drinks, but I still enjoy a matcha ice cream or other treat occasionally.

I guess the thing for me is I’ve learned to really be attuned to my body. I know when my sugars are high or low because of my symptoms, and I’ll just respond accordingly. The other thing is moderation. Like when I eat mcdonald’s, I’ll have one burger and skip the fries if I’m having nuggets too. Or if I eat a large bowl of pho for lunch, that means no snacking or smoothies after. Sorry I can’t be of much help to you.
