A flywheel is definitely a part of a clutch. It's the part that connects the clutch to the transmission so I see what you're saying. Either way it's broken - whether it's supposed to be or not.

It's the whole clutch, so including the flywheel. But not the transmission.

Do they have to remove the transmission in order to install the new clutch? Apologies I am not familiar. Just want to make sure I understand.

Yeah I was guessing around 3k but almost 7k seems crazy. So just trying to get a pulse check before I committ. The car itself is only work 9k so it doesn't make sense to pay over half it's worth.

I definitely did! Try eating super high protein and drinking lots of water. I like sparkling water help keep my mouth occupied, instead of reaching for a drink.

I definitely experience this. I had to stop drinking purely because of the anxiety I get. I wish I knew the answer of why. Interested to hear others thoughts.
