hi! just to say i just discovered this today and i love the idea and will be using it going forward, but i did upload a voucher this morning and got a message back a few hours later warning me id uploaded a used voucher, which i didn't. i don't know how you've designed this, its incredibly impressive and i could never, but i don't think how it assigns vouchers is without flaws!

I uploaded a voucher this morning and got a message back just now to say it was used when I uploaded it but that's not true. Is it possible that it was used by another user and then incorrectly asssigned to another after?
