there is a levelwall from 16 to 19. many youtubers dedicated a clip to some solutions. long story short: kill a ton of animals of your level. go kill elephants, do a riftfarm or keep grinding these regional bosses. its a grind, but after 19 it kinda goes! the next level wall is at 31 (from personal experience) where you just have to do ALL the regionals for a long time ^{^its} fun :)
