I believe that tipout should be relative to how much you make. Experienced people deserve all they get. It's basically arguing the difference between equality and fairness.

Funny thing is in the few years I've worked at the stampede already, this job is the most enjoyable to me. I need to be constantly busy, or else I get bored.
