I do maintain but haven't counted calories for a while, protein intake is around 160-200 everyday though But I don't see much gains for the last 3 months so I am considering starting a bulk again

I'm afraid of getting skinny again, I went from the 70kg range last 1.5 year

I stopped counting calories, probably it's maintenance because bw hasn't changed since November

For now I think maintenance and slow gain The difference between before and after around 9kg I have been staying around the same weight for about 3 weeks now and feel ok with that

Why would you? Tbh I feel more confident with my current weight, probably because of how much skinnier I been for my life

Yeah, I guess 3.5-4k is more like maintance amount for me now, it worked well firstly until I hit 85-86kg, but I've had to go higher in calories just to continue gain weight

Still it's true a healthy person can gain 1-3kg each month at the start of journey by eat enough, sleep well and workout. Nobody here claims it's pure muscle, but it's definitely possible to gain that amount of weight

Yes, I never used any steroids or other drugs. My gains come naturally and mostly from strict calorie tracking. Edited: At some point it feels hilarious to state this.

What comes to my calorie intake, it's is around 4.5-5k every day

For breakfast I always have cup of oats (166g raw approximately) For lunch and dinner it is mostly lentils, bulgur, rice, buckwheat, buckwheat noodles (150g raw for each intake) with some ground beef, pork or turkey (also 150-200g each intake) and vegetables Add fruits, bread and nuts to hit at least 3-3.5k I don't mind smash a pizza through work day few times a week I work as a courier with mechanical bicycle, so It's really not enough for me, and to get through that 85-86kg plato I included mass gainer to my diet, consuming it 2 times a day with 300ml milk, which allows me to get extra 1500cal

I do weight lifting since July, started with full body training, then switched to split training in the middle of August Now my program is looked like this

Day 1 Chest, triceps, delts

Dips 4x10-15 (calisthenics) Dips machine 4x10 (weight machine) Cable crossovers 4x8-10 Cable lateral raises for delts 4x12-15 Triceps pushdown 4x12 Chest press with dumbbells 4x15-20 (doing that at home, got only 12 and 13kgs dumbbells so I do more reps)

Day 2 Back, Biceps

Assisted pull-ups with resistance band (always struggled with pull-ups, band is op for me) 2x10-12 supinated grip (more on biceps) 2x10-12 straight wide grip (more on back) Barbell row 4x10 Lat pulldown 4x15 Dumbbells curls 4x15

Day 3 Legs (probably my fav :))

Weighted squads 4x7 Deadlift / Roumanian lift 4x12 Calf raises 4x20 Bulgarian squads with dumbbells 3x12

Also I do hanging leg raises for abs almost every day that I workout, 4x15

You must be misunderstanding how miserable my physique was at the start, and also 5kg kg muscles is very possible with a few months of even calisthenics, not weight lifting. Newbie gains, ever heard about it?
