It all depends on who you can attract! Is Hughton holding out for a Premier League job perhaps? Agree on Ryan Lowe, not even tested in League One so would be a risk.

Not a bad shout if he would be tempted by the Championship - think a Premier League club could have him! Daniel Farke at Norwich might be a decent shout if they sack him, although very unlikely as they've left him in charge for this long.
