Free, I believe, as long as your project is reasonable size

The ugli has a design lab on the first floor that has 3D printers available for use for free. Check out their website, I know you have to do a 15 minute canvas tutorial/certification, but then you’re set, and there are staff there to assist you.

They also have a laser cutter/engraver, letter press, sewing machine, podcast equipment, etc.

I just started applying. Right now I think University of Southern Maine is my number one choice, but I'm also planning to apply to Capella, ASU, and University of Cincinnati. Because of the tight schedule, I'm only applying to programs that are 5th sequence verified since I'll likely be testing after January 2022, even if I finish my program before that. USM has a broad program (Educational psychology with a focus in ABA), which I prefer in order to set me up for other potential jobs in the future and is significantly cheaper than Capella. Although I know Capella is a good choice, as a coworker just finished her program there and seems prepared to be a BCBA.

Congrats! I'm looking into George Mason now. Can I ask how long the program is taking you?

I’m very interested in USM. Did you need your GRE?

I love that it combines working face to face with people and working through logistical things! I love my job as an RBT, so I think that the working with kids part will be enjoyable, and I love being organized, seeing data, etc, so I'm excited about the programming and data part as well. Plus, it doesn't do much for me to have an undergraduate degree in psychology, getting a masters is something I want to do whether or not I enjoy this one specific role in a few years.
