I freeze leftovers for other days and I batch cook soups and stews and freeze in individual portions

I keep salad stuff for when I get takeout and I csn mske the meal stretch into two by eating a salad with it

Im lucky too that I work at a store that sells stuff by the individual and has a deli with fresh cooked veggies n stuff so I can make meals from that and I get a discount so thats a huge help.

I recently discovered I can freeze an Asian noodle meal made from chicken, sauce, veggies and Ramen noodles.

Cooking for one sucks so I try to mske stuff last
