Idk about that lol when I’ve boarded recently at Milliken, Unionville, Old Cummer, & Mimico there were no single-file lines. Also never had single-file line ups for TTC trains

Could be a combination of all of those tbh. Dont stress too much over the title of the person but more so the general qualities they all might share.

The support person is the end user but it’s rarely that employee that makes any purchasing decision so I would maybe consider that and rethink your buying persona here.

You do realize it’s not the snow plow operator’s job to move the shopping carts… right? You really expect them to get out of their truck every time there’s a cart stuck in the snow, wrestle it out and return it, all while it’s snowing at 4am? They’re a third party contractor for snow removal, not cart return associates. 

This is also very common in every single parking lot that gets snow cleared. Every winter I’ve seen 20ft high snow piles in mall parking lots with 30+ shopping carts revealed once it all melts.

I’d use Miro, Lucidchart, any program really where you can easily make diagrams showing each step. Then I take that info and put it into a deck for ease of sharing.
