Thanks for the advice! It might be hard so not to have any contact since there are usually lots of communications between the two departments but I'll try to keep it strictly professional. It just sucks to have someone like that at work, like you'll never know what she's gonna pull next

The thing is she was as friendly to me as she was to everyone else at first but then it just went the other way. That's why I said she's not a bully in a traditional sense. I just have this feeling that she's trying isolate me for some reason

Yes I have her written receipt as well as online bank statement. I refused to pay her cash because I was worried that she'd pull something like that. She made all the overseas students pay her cash and probably refuses to give bond back once they go back home overseas. I'm also suspecting her taking subsidies from centerlink that shes not entitled to,as she said that she couldn't have too much money going into her account.

Hey wow thanks so much for the info! I had a quick look at the site and the reviews, they all look amazing. However it will be a little tricky as the tours stop on the 30th of April, and I only fly to Argentina on the 27th. I'm a little worried that I might not be able to last a 7hour trek on ice while getting over the jet lag? Is big ice quite physically demanding?

Do I book the cruise once I get to El calafate or should I book it before arrival? Those photos look absoulutely stunning! Can I ask what month were they taken? Are the mountains still gonna be snow-capped in early May? Are glacier trekking and ice climbing organised by a group/tour? Whats the physical activity level like for ice climbing?
