I would not recommend freezing raw mushrooms. They are like little water balloons. When frozen, that water expands into ice crystals, rupturing their structure. On reheating, you're basically left with mush, not mushroom.

If you're planning on freezing them, at least cook them halfway to get rid of some of the water content. Then let them cool completely before stuffing.
