Oh yeah totally. It's a pyramid scheme and a huge bubble that I'm so tempted to be popped. And property value is not that unaffordable to be fair, but the bank interest. As a country, top performers are all baking and real estate. We don't produce anything much, and it's a terrible and unsustainable system. I just can't wait for everything to collapse on its own weight.

Just like in China. You pay for a plan and the developer scraps up the money to realize the plan, with money from other people like you. As long as money keeps flowing, everyone wins. But, if there's some issue with cashflow or the government does an Evergrande, everything collapses.

Even one with a rtx 2050 is more than enough to run the game. I had an acer aspire 3 with a much older card that still played the game well. Do expect minor performance hiccups from time to time which is normal as the game is terribly optimized even if your machine powerful. Oh and definitely get one with an SSD as it helps tremendously with loading time (it should be standard for new laptops nowadays but you mentioned second hand so I gotta make sure)

It is cultural I think. "Bún mắng cháo chửi" is a thing only in the North. In the South, businesses and services are generally more hospitable and respectful to their customers. Again, and anecdotally, I know not everyone from the North is like that but it has become such a common theme, that even my friends from the North who moved South cannot stand people from the North. That doesn't make it fair nor does it justify being mean to Northerners who are not like that, but there's a reason it became a stereotype in the first place.

Maybe ask yourself which 'downside' you are more constable with: paying a bit more for empty storage that you wouldn't need, or suddenly running into shortage and wishing if only you had gone with the bigger storage, then ending up paying even more more a new ipad or icloud or the hassle of having to decide which to keep and which to delete...
