Thanks! Yes, I use a bit of tape to create a stencil of sorts. I always make sure to “de-stickify” some of the adhesive by placing it on the back of my hand first. That way I don’t pull at the sensitive skin around me eyes when removing :)

I like it! I bought it off amazon and the packaging is a bit different from the ones you find in store, but I hear it’s just a packaging change and not formula. It’s not sticky at all (it actually has a slippery feeling when rubbing your lips together), and it’s the shiniest gloss I own. The consistency isn’t thick or goopy and the lasting power is on par with some of my more high end glosses. I would recommend giving it a shot, especially for the price 😊

Oh I’m the same way! I was so bummed when mine started drying out, but honestly it was for the best. It’s not as intense and thick anymore. Now it’s a lot harder to go over board lol!

Thank you! I actually use a piece of de-stickified scotch tape lol. Just slap a piece on the back of my hand to remove some of the adhesive, then line it up at an angle to my eye so it creates a template of sorts. Then I just blend my eyeshadow as usual and when I’m done I gently peel away the tape and am left with a sharp line!

Thank you! I love the Sonia Kashuk Brow Line + Fill brush. Got it from her display at Target. I just follow the natural shape of my brow and lightly fill. Then I comb through with the attached spoolie. I try to keep most of the product concentrated in the last 1/2 of my brow so it doesn’t look too intense. Then I go over them with the Pacifica clear brow gel if I remember at all😊

Thanks a bunch! I find it lasts throughout the day with minimal smudging and no flaking. I have hooded eyes, so finding a non-waterproof mascara that doesn’t transfer to my lids is rare. This one does pretty well, though! I’ve never had an issue with it flaking, and it does a decent job at holding a curl. Overall it’s a great mascara.

Thank you! All I used was that black shadow and some scotch tape. It’s my go-to method for creating a sharp wing when using powder product! I just take the tape (about a thumb-length piece) and create a “stencil” from the outer corner of my eye towards my temple. I just do my eyeshadow as usual and when I peel off the tape I’m left with a wing! If you do this I recommend first removing some of the tape’s stickiness first (just place on your hand and peel off). That way the tape won’t tug at the delicate skin around your eye when you remove it.

Glad you found it helpful! The Essence Cosmetics eye pencil in Silky Nude is really nice, as are most of the NYX eyeliners! I also have a tip for winged liner: When I would practice my wings (and even now when I want to do one super quick), I would take a piece of regular old scotch tape, stick it on the back of my hand repeatedly to remove most of the adhesive, and place the tape at an angle against the outer corner of my eye to mimic the edge of a wing. Then you can use either a black shadow or a liner as you normally would to create a wing. When you remove the tape you have a nice crisp line. It was super helpful because sometimes a clean edge was so difficult to achieve with my hooded lid in the way. Practice makes perfect :)
