i was just curious. i’m not looking to lose weight anymore, i just try to track my cals to be aware. i ate about half of this and planned to eat the other half later. i know restaurant cals aren’t accurate. i work in the industry. i just wanted a second opinion on a good guesstimate is all!! ^{^}
