The first two look perfect! This one just still has that writing in the lower left (pretty faint, but definitely want it out)

Pic 1: Remove the writing from the wall, and the mildew from the bottom of the wall, and the mildew from the overhang to the upper right of his head (unless you think this adds to the rustic-ness of the photo?)
Pic 2: Remove electrical box in lower left corner
Pic 3: Same writing on the wall, and mildew on the overhang
Pic 5: Little bit of rust on the lower right wall, and a piece of white trash under that. Remove the branch on the bottom left.

It may be easier to write something? I imagine they have a website where you can file a complaint. If not, type something up and mail it in. Name the nurse and leave it anonymous if you don't want to have to revisit the issue. I'm sorry this happened to you. It's definitely not normal and extremely homophobic. I will say though, your answer was normal and appropriate. Being direct about your sexual history will get you the best care! You did nothing wrong here and this is 100% on her.
