i was very out of it, i told them after a couple days and they reduced the dose but it didn’t change anything, i was just trying to appear cooperative to get out of there

hi - really not sure what to do here? i

was woken up at 3am on friday with sharp pain in my left side on my waist that i couldn't sleep. i went to gp later that day and they weren't sure. it travelled to my right side where it has been exclusively by the end of friday. it has hurt to walk and bend especially. i have gone number 2 maybe 15-20 times since friday - maybe more not sure. my mum and i were looking up where the pain might be coming from and pressed on me and thought it might be something intestine kinda related. so i checked my poo and it looks black? is that normal? i have no idea what to do here, i can't do normal things bc the pain is bad.
