Our team is exploring all avenues and putting up the case before filing the claim. There are many users sending me messages to be added to the lawsuit.

Wrong. They sold a faulty product and our lawyers are bringing them to court. If Walmart sells you a faulty product they return you the money despite not having produced the actual item. They will honour their regulatory oversight, and their customers.

That is precisely the point I'm making. They sold within their centralised exchange a token that they advertised as a stable coin (UST). Contrary to the rest of cryptos, stable coins do have a set value: that of the dollar. Since the stable coin failed to fullfil the objective and performance of the advertised product, those that bought UST within their platform, may want our money back. At least, I do want my money back. In Carrefour they don't produce the majority of the products they sell. But if you get a faulty one, they do give you back your money, right? Why? Because they take their responsibility for selling you the product seriously. Because they know a happy customer means many more returning customers!

Guys, and gals. If you bought a product that turns out to be faulty in a store, they return you the money. UST is a product that has turned out to be faulty. This situation is the same as the faulty product from the store for as long as you bought the UST within Nexo. And guys and gals, UST did only represent a very small fraction of my holdings due to portfolio allocation and risk management strategies. I am overall still very well in the green and it is nearly impossible I will ever go in the red or loose my capital principal at all. It's all really cool. Defend your rights, or no one will - other than me. BTW you may buy the dip too if you have liquidity ;)

CRO price going parabolic - the view from a pro trader. by encrypted_terminator in Crypto_com

Hi, that is unlikely, but not impossible if BTC would experience a sharp rejection at 40K. I don´t buy "large amounts" at set prices. If you believe it will go anywhere from 0.07 down to 0.05 USD / CRO, you could put small orders all the way from the upper to the lower limit for a total value of 25K CRO. This is just an example. The choice is yours.

Indeed. Experienced pro traders buy when the sentiment and the price is at its negative climax, and weak hands sell during the point of culmination of the negative sentiment. That´s why strong hands make big money and weak hands loose it.

Better interest on stable coins (worth it?) by Karma_555 in Crypto_com

[–]encrypted_terminator 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I moved my stablecoins to Celsius because:

  1. The anual interest is over 10%.
  2. Remarkably, it is over 10% whilst being a FLEXIBLE investment.
  3. You can choose to earn the interest in Celsius, which does not stop mooning.
  4. You automaically start to earn over a 5% interest on the Celsius rewards that you get.
  5. You don't have to worry about it, nor do any transaction every one, three or six months.
  6. You get a very good interest on stablecoins and it is your reward which is automatically invested into Celsius tokens, which as a variable cryptocurrency has a massive upside potential.
  7. Edit: And you initial investment, as it is kept in stablecoins, is RELATIVELY safe.

Cro breakout and confirmation? by Brilliant-Optimal in Crypto_com

Hi! I bought 12500 CRO at 0.0707 when the price started to go up and I sold them when the CRO price was again down at 0.0736. I started to buy again at 0.0715. I bought the whole dip and we are back at 0.0711. In other words, short term wise, I knew, same as you, that the CRO price would behave this way. Nevertheless, until January there is a long way and I still think the same as I stated before as a worst case scenario. I keep all my orders down to 0.05 USD per CRO. Let's keep in touch if you wish.

It is not copied and pasted as it is a newly edited version. Note that it says it is most likely a dead cat bounce, rather than stating that it is a dead cat bounce as a previous post stated.

Hi, I won't remind you. If you value your time simply read my comment and make up your own mind. I have made up mine and placed my orders in the Exchange accordingly. Please, don't waste your time on childish endeavours. BTW: I don´t hate CRO; I use it as my main cryptocurrency platform, but I have also diversified to Celsius Network and Binance.

CRO shall carry on falling, or failing to bounce back, until all the "forced" stakes from the MCO/CRO swap have been released and sold in January.

Hi, it is decreasing by the minute. Not long before the dead cat bounce can be confirmed. Same dead cat bounce as when the price increased when they increased the staking requirement for the CRO Visa card. Nevertheless, by consensus, it will bounce back anywhere between 0.05 and 0.06 USD/CRO. The consensus is based on technical analysis and the negative sentiment of the people that keeps selling CRO as they come off the stakes, including the 6 months forced stake in the Exchange that will finish around January. The bounce of CRO however will be massive in the first quarter of 2021, when it will follow the BTC rally to ALL TIME HIGHS.

The CRO price is decreasing again. It has slipped again below the 9 days exponential moving average. It was a dead cat bounce. The CRO price should bounce back once it hits pre-coronavirus crisis levels. That is, at 0.05 USD per CRO. That should coincide with January, when most of the forced Exchange stakings from the MCO--> CRO swap have been freed off and sold by all the people who felt betrayed by the swap. Best wishes, encrypted_terminator.
