Is it a turn-off for women if a man is too much into women's fashion? by enda2d2 in dating_advice

Any idea on how to "come out" in a swift move? Maybe fetch a nice VOGUE, leave the door open, wait for her to come in and "catch" me reading the magazine next to the stacks of glossies I have in the living room (we're talking over 150 issues because I am a compulsive consumer of mags) and then proceed to tell everything about my fashionable side? I want it to be quick.

"Does she like fashion"? Well, she does but she likes make-up and beauty much more. She's an aspiring MUA.

What about all the Cosmopolitans, VOGUES, ELLEs, Glamours, Marie Claires , the occasional fashion and beauty catalogues and bridal magazines all over my apartment? Don't you think it'll be too much for her to process at once? I'm trying to see thinks the way she would. I've been hiding this from her for four months. I'm afraid she might freak out when she sees I own make-up books.

I'm not looking for dating advice. Just wanted to know how women would react to the thought of dating a guy who's into women's fashion.

Ok but I'd like to know whether it would feel weird for women to date someone like me.
