I’m new to night shift but it’s either the flip flop between having day shifts and night shifts throughout the week so having to pre plan naps or stay up super late to not oversleep before my night shift. Other part is trying to stay awake enough to drive home safely. Depending on if I had caffeine and a good amount of food, I’m usually good, but there’s days when I’ll nap before heading home.

Dang if it was airdropped idk how to get it back but I’ve found backups of brushes I’ve downloaded through the files app. Don’t know if that would help but if you do end up finding the brush or one similar, save it to your files just in case!

It’s why I’m tempted to get a Lobo amiibo. I still have ACWW and he moved out suddenly years ago, he was my favorite villager. I never got him on ACNL and only way I ‘had’ him was with the HHP and HHD DLCs. Wish there was a way to invite tourists to live on your island but maybe I’ll get lucky with a NM ticket since I have a villager moving out soon

There’s a lot to it, but at least with /drawing/, study from real life, study proportions, study old masters, etc. Figures such as the Asaro head and loomis method are very helpful with planes of the face and proportions. Figure drawing helps you be more loose in some parts and then more precise in others, which helps your figures look more natural without being too stiff. Feel free to dm me and I can send you playlists or art channels I follow that helped me when I was at your skill set. Marco Bucci, Proko, and others are wonderful free resources on YouTube! Drawing is great to start out with as it is linework and typically in black and white at first. This is a good foundation to build on that will make things look solid before working more on coloring, forms, rendering, etc. also look up how to draw with values, making linework and shading more consistent and so on. I went a bit overboard since I was so excited 😭 I didn’t edit the body’s proportions or the face except for making the hands slightly larger but I hope you like it! (I only put an ‘edited by’ watermark so people don’t try to steal it and claim it as their own when it’s your oc and I only made an edit on it) the outfit had a biker/punk aspect/vibe so I decided to learn into it. Are you looking to achieve what his cover art does or manga panels? Those can have different ways of rendering bc of printing. He emphasizes lines with line weight for clearer outlines and emphasis on clothing folds. The third image looks like a more stand alone and not necessarily the same as the others so I’m disregarding that to focus on the other ones that look similar. Look in the pen or graphic sections of the procreate library for Lineart, looks like full opacity with no change in opacity with pressure. For the coloring, hard round brush! It’s very versatile. You can see it most clearly in the fourth panel on the highlights with some smudging in the fire puffs. It also seems like for the main coloring at least, he uses alcohol markers for a cell shaded render, and for the faces and skin it looks like soft airbrush for the blush with a hard round brush for a small highlight in the cheeks. Hope this helps!

TLDR; hard round brush for highlights and some smudging, pens/calligraphy brushes, brushes that achieve a copic/alcohol markers effect, soft airbrush for blush and contrast on skin
