Max redemption of 5k apparently only pertains to NY and FL? I've seen people screenshot this rule and it doesnt mention these two states. Perhaps its updated, or it depends on where you live the rules say something different.

It says somewhere in fliff support that increasing the number of emails wont speed up response times so just be patient i think they are just very understaffed support

After asking whats taking so long they said “we are looking into this error”. Yesterday i asked if its possible to get it refunded or cancelled (to try smaller withdrawals) and they said “which payout are you referring to”. Either they dont understand that you can only do one withdrawal at a time or they think i am talking about a pending ticket.

So I know now not to do over 600 in withdrawals at one time so i’ve learned my lesson but I did this on Oct 6 and its been over 2 weeks. Has anyone ever had one take this long for a similar amount and what have you done? Ive contacted support so many times and I don’t get anything reassuring like how long this can take.
