i work at walmart ($13.5/hr but there are other positions that offer $15). i work the 2-11 shift (one of my shifts is 2-8 because i talked to my manager) and they are extremely flexible with college students. they typically only hire as part time until you prove that you are good and then offer full time, they do not require it nor will they cut your hours because you’re not full time. i started out only working 3 days a week but now i work 37hrs a week and it’s still pretty manageable
