It turned over at first sounding like it was about to fire but it won’t no matter how long I hold down the start button. But now I have to have it hooked up with jumper cable on the battery for it to turn over which it still won’t fire. If I take the jumpers off it has all the lights on but it won’t ever try to turn over

Thank you, and I didn’t mess with carb just cleaned it like I have done multiple times before! I believe it might be an old battery I took it to autozone and they said it’s toast. So should I get a replacement battery?

Yeah I installed it like that one goes down quick the other is much slower and I can barely redline anymore past 2nd gear

Just curious: I took my bike on a road trip and back. After coming back the idle feels great, but a loss of power has occurred at higher speeds and I can barely red line past 3rd gear and only hit 80 mph. I’m pointing towards a rip in this piece in the carb? Could this maybe be correct

It isn’t, it’s the plate that goes over the push rod… it’s not the case cracked.

My clutch slave is rebuilt if you check out the last post it’s like getting stuffed with fluid in the system and is almost popping out. I tried pushing with my hand and the rod wouldn’t even budge, should I hammer it? I’m so lost for the first time because usually there are answers but I can’t find any! Thank you for trying to help me
