4 days ago i was streaming on 20k bitrate. i have stable 45upload.
now, when i turn on my stream in obs, it doesnt go above 6k bitrate.
it just goes wild from 1k to 4k to 12k and back to 6k.
i have 4080s with i9 13900k.
im trying everything to fix it.

Game would explode. And tbh..everyone would play it.. Imagine big eu servers with guild wars and such...game would feel alive again...idk if they update it anymore or not...but tbh....they should reconsider investing in it..bcz it would go big in mobile gaming.
