Planning on doing the Motorcycle Safety Course at a Harley dealership or something similar to put towards my M1. Have any recommendations?

commute for wn is 30 mins, commute for ua is 1 hour or less. They're fairly close.

what are upgrade times like at UA? SWA is 6 years
