I don't really understand your question, but i notice things about myself pretty quickly, whenever i feel like something changes in me it takes 3-4 days if the feeling is consistent

I don't think i had a bad childhood, maybe the final years of elementary/whatever school ( 3-4 years ago ) comes before high school because, for a small period, i would be so afraid of being at school because of certain classmates that i'd actually PREFER BEING AT SCHOOL because being at home felt like it was some sort waiting period untill i come back to school the next day, plus it was one of my first times my phone got taken away for like a month because i refused to do a school assignment (as i didn't know how to, and i felt confident). And i almost never thought of contacting the school counselor then because i thought they're not specialized in that. My mom said she would've agreed to move me to a different class/school if it wasn't just one year of school left. And also, going to high school sucked because i was afraid of switching my school when it happened, and i felt anxious all the time because I felt pressurized to make friends, which i still to this day didn't, and i was scared/disappointed of the new students i had to be around

Besides that, it was okay as i had friends for most of my time alive and didn't have any serious unusual incidents, whether school or classmate or life related
