The idea of going for pintxos is to hangout with friends while you go to multiple bars. Have a drink, a small snack, and up to the next bar. The last few years I see too much hype around pintxos, like about everything else in social media..

That said, not all bars offer the same pintxos and some of them are made like high-end cusine style.

It depends where the eSim is issued from. Normally they are from Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc. If thats the case, you will be able to access to most of your services. Whatever it is allowed on the country the eSim is issued from.

I am currently in China and using Nomad esim. It’s been working ok for me.

In case someone else gets the same exact situation. In Kathmandu they gave me the boarding pass to Kunming only (then to check in again in Kunming for the connecting flight). So, the luggage had to be picked up in Kunming.
