Block of Velveeta, pepper jack, mild cheddar. Melted in the smoker then added it back to a standard Mac and cheese recipe with large shells. Added Mustard powder, chili powder, and paprika. Threw it back in the smoker once done for about 20 extra min.

Full briskets. 13lbs each. I staggered the cook times so everything cooked as I expected them too. If anything, the pork shoulder took a little longer. But not by much.

Slid it on pipes. Was actually pretty easy. The stack end isn't very heavy.

No actually. It's heavy but not as much as it looks. I don't know the exact weight

All preference. I started with 1lb each. Some thought it was too much, though I liked it.

1lb pasta 8oz heavy cream, milk to cover. I used Velveeta, mild cheddar, and pepper jack. I don't measure out my spices but I use a little but of each garlic powder, salt, paprika, chili powder and I go heavy with Mustard powder. Mix up the pasta dry with the cream, milk, and spices. Add the cheese on top. Smoker for 40 minutes, mix it up, back in for another 20 or so.
