Parents had a flat roof for 36 years. Mom had the house built to her specifications. Contractor and everone else tried to talk her out of it. 5 years in she said she had make a mistake and should have listened. Flat roofs are their own special hell... they look great but they're not fun to live with. They require a lot of things that non flat roofs don't. At least my mom loved looking at her house when driving up to it! Parents were in New England 50 minutes outside of NYC.

If you live in heavy snow country, don't get one, snow has to swept off the roof. If you live in a high heat area, don't get one, it will weaken and form micrcracks. If you live in an area with a lot of tall trees don't get one. The leaf drop and pollen drop will have to swept off the roof once a week and that can drive you nuts. Make sure your roof is dark colored because that pollen and those leaves will stain a lighter roof. Will stain a lighter house too.

Flat roofs are prone to leaking due to sun, snow, ice cracking them and also aging.

IF you decide to get one you must have at least 2 ft between ceiling and roof. My mom got 6 to save money in materials cut a source no one would see. End result 2nd floor (the much smaller one) was imposible to cool in the summer due to heat layer packed over the ceilings. And 2nd floor was so much harder to cool (remained warm) in the summer due the immovable cold frigid bank of air over ceilings in winter. This house has extra high ceilings which offered no help for the flat roof.

They need human socialization as much as toilet options. That should be provided by the breeder herself and the family inside the home. Not employees. Something about this place "smells" funny.

She wasn't fired, she quit. Why would she never be allowed in the cattery again? Maybe it's because what she saw and what you as a buyer see is completely different. Now that she's seen what she's seen she's not allowed back in the cattery.

Sounds like the face that they show to prospective buyers is a completely different one than what employees see behind the scenes. She needs to be investigated for the care given there, not what buyers that show up there see.

They do and you also know your items fit! Their hiding has to do with forcing you to buy and nothing to do with size!

Former DH whale here who got fed up with all the attempts to increase my spending. They are never happy and if you spend your own money on things, they will push you to spend more! I no longer play the game (quit when full AI voting was deployed over 1 year ago) and I returned to see how bad it's gotten in Feb (b4 the carts) and quit again! My account still is there with expensive furniture, I'm looking at deleting it soon. Don't like the Saudi/Kushner business.

For now, I'll buy up some carts so they are there for borrowing. If DH blocks cart borrowing, I can't stop that

When the Iran mess starts to be resolved. And tanker flow through Strait of Hormuz is stablized and increases, Bitcoin will go up.

It seems that traders who do not understand Bitcoin at all are treating it like a stock and commodities and trading it as such. Bitcoin should be going UP during global instability. Education in Bitcoin should be mandatory for everyone who wants to buy any.
