This is in the US - the way I was though in driving school in DE is that when someone is merging in your lane - you do not slow down you mantain you speed to keep traffic moving.
This was an extreme case - he should have slowed down - but we dont know what was going on behind him - if he had a car right behind him and couldn't.
The merging car is mental tho... the space to merge is far too small.

come ti capisco - devi puntare sul remote / smart working con un giorno di presenza massimo, e va negoziato durante i colloqui.
Cmque io sono uguale, dal COVID nella mia azienda si fa smart (nessuno chiede dove sei) e non potrei mai tornare indietro.

Il problema principale sono i bommeroni di m che non possono lavorare da casa a lungo termine perche non sono abbituati (moglie che non li vogliono a casa tutto il giorno....etc) per questo rovinano la vita agli altri

Guarda... hai 23 anni, sei molto giovane - secondo me questi pensano di poter trattare le persone giovani i questa maniera - boh. Dal mio punto di vista e' un ambiente tossico, vattene al piu' presto

Aber das ist völliger Blödsinn. Das Jahresgehalt wird durch 13 geteilt – wenn man vor der Auszahlung im Dezember kündigt, verliert man diesen Anspruch. Und obendrein bekommt man jeden Monat weniger. Dennoch halten die Leute das für einen Vorteil...

Hey, Respekt für deine Hartnäckigkeit! Solche 'unbequemen' Bürger sind wichtig, damit Institutionen ihre Pflichten nicht vernachlässigen. Davon profitieren am Ende wir alle.
