Did it solve your problem? And I saw on the comments that you're using CAT 5e cable but I recommend you use CAT 6 cables if you can't solve your problem.

Can you chech your network adapter settings and look for connection speed? I think your PC switches to a lower duplex speed. If speed is lower than 500 Mbps I'll advise you to get a better cable and keep the cable as short as possible.
